Reseller prices are refreshed daily; the final price is the one on the partner's site. Resellers cost more than the official ticket because they add availability, free cancellation or services.

You're buying the exhibition

Palazzo Strozzi is a Renaissance palace that runs big temporary exhibitions, and your ticket is for whatever is on. Until 24 January 2027 that's "Broken. The Power of the Fragment", in the courtyard and the main floor. Hours and prices can change with each new show, so the figures here are for this one.

Which ticket

Under-6s, disabled visitors and companions, licensed guides and Firenzecard holders go in free. The audio guide is €4, lasts about an hour and comes in English and Italian.

Online or at the door

The foundation strongly recommends buying online to walk straight in. It isn't compulsory, though: even when online availability runs out, the ticket office in the courtyard sells for the same day. It's open daily from 10 am to 7 pm.

One catch: tickets bought in advance aren't refunded if you don't use them. If your plans are shaky, check whether Tiqets or GetYourGuide offer free cancellation on their version of the ticket; that's the main reason to pay a reseller here.

Getting in and around

Thursday is the late night, open until 11 pm, and the €5 under-30 rate from 6 pm makes it the obvious evening for younger visitors.

Bags larger than 35 x 30 x 10 cm go in the free lockers. The galleries are step-free: the ramped entrance is on Via Strozzi and a lift in the courtyard goes up to the exhibition floor.

From Santa Maria Novella station it's a 6-minute walk. The palace is inside Florence's limited traffic zone (ZTL), so don't try to drive to the door.
