Reseller prices are refreshed daily; the final price is the one on the partner's site. Resellers cost more than the official ticket because they add availability, free cancellation or services.

Prices and the two seasons

Ferrari runs two price bands. From October to April an adult (19+) pays €27 per museum; from May to September it's €32. Reduced tickets are €22/€24 for students over 10, over-65s, military and carers of disabled visitors. The discount worth knowing about is for teenagers: under-19s with a family member pay just €9 in low season and €12 in high season. Under-5s and disabled visitors go free.

The official page doesn't limit these reductions to EU citizens; bring ID for the age-based ones. Your ticket is valid from opening time until 45 minutes before closing.

One trick for rail travellers: if you arrive on a Trenitalia Tper regional train and show your single ticket at the museum, entry to one museum is €20. Keep that paper ticket from Bologna.

Maranello, Modena or both

These are two different museums about 20 km apart.

The Musei Ferrari Pass covers both for €38 (October–April) or €42 (May–September), versus €54 or €64 for two separate tickets. The catch: you must visit both within 48 hours of each other. A shuttle bus runs between the two museums at set times and stops at Modena train station too.

Simulator, factory shuttle and "Ferrari test drives"

People mix these up, so here's the split:

Official desk or resellers

For a plain entry ticket the official box office is all you need: booking is optional and you can always buy at the desk. Resellers make sense if you want a simulator slot bundled in, a combo with the Lamborghini museum or Pavarotti's house, or a day trip from Bologna or Florence with transport. You'll pay more than the official price, but you're buying a package the museum doesn't sell as such.

Getting there

Opening hours are the same at both museums: November–March 9:30–18:00, April, May, September and October 9:30–19:00, June–August from 9:00. Last entry 17:15 in winter, 18:15 from April to October. Closed only on 25 December and 1 January.

Without a car, go to Modena station and take the Museo Ferrari Shuttle (a train + bus service) to Maranello. Driving, the free P4 car park on Via Fornace in Maranello is reserved for museum visitors; the small lot right in front of the entrance charges by the hour. In Modena there's a free car park behind the museum on Via Giuseppe Soli while spaces last.

FAQ

How much are Ferrari Museum tickets?

Adults (19+) pay €27 from October to April and €32 from May to September. Reduced tickets (students over 10, over-65s, military, carers of disabled visitors) are €22 or €24; under-19s with a family member pay €9 or €12. Children up to 5 and disabled visitors go free.

Do I need to book the Ferrari Museum in advance?

No. Tickets are sold online and at the museum desk during opening hours. Note that an online ticket is only valid on the date you chose when buying.

What are the Ferrari Museum opening hours?

November–March 9:30–18:00; April–May and September–October 9:30–19:00; June–August 9:00–19:00. Last entry is 17:15 in winter and 18:15 from April to October. Closed 25 December and 1 January.

Which is better, Maranello or Modena?

Maranello is the racing museum next to the factory, with F1 cars and trophies. Modena is built around Enzo Ferrari's birthplace and tells his story. With one slot, most car fans pick Maranello.

Is a Ferrari factory tour included?

No. The Maranello museum sells a separate 45-minute guided shuttle ride around the factory avenue and the Fiorano test track for €25 (adults). You stay on the bus the whole time and don't enter the production lines.

How do I get to Maranello from Bologna without a car?

Take a train to Modena, then the Museo Ferrari Shuttle bus to Maranello. A regional Trenitalia Tper train ticket shown at the desk gets you into one museum for €20.
