Which ticket is right for you

All tickets online

Reseller prices are refreshed daily; the final price is the one on the partner's site. Resellers cost more than the official ticket because they add availability, free cancellation or services.

Booking: online or nothing

Ducati runs this like a factory, because it is one. Entry is guaranteed only to people who booked and paid online for a time slot, so don't plan on buying at the gate. A €2 pre-sale fee is added to every ticket, even the free ones.

Museum prices: €18 full (ages 18–65), €16 with an Italian discount card (Card Cultura, ASI/FMI, Trenitalia Tper pass), €13 reduced. The reduced rate is generous: it covers everyone under 30, over-65s and anyone who owns a Ducati. Under-11s, disabled visitors with a companion and Ducati Official Club members go free.

Museum or factory tour

The museum is on the first floor of the Borgo Panigale plant: four routes from the company's origins through the most famous road bikes to a wall of race bikes and trophies. Once you're in, you can stay as long as you like until 18:00 closing. There's a lift; tell the staff at check-in.

The Factory Tour + Museum (€46 full, €36 reduced) adds a guided walk through production at fixed times: 9:15 and 15:15 on weekdays, 10:30 and 14:30 at weekends. Two things matter:

Resellers

Tiqets sells museum-only entry. GetYourGuide sells full Motor Valley days that combine Ducati with the Lamborghini, Pagani or Ferrari factories and museums, lunch included. Worth it if you don't have a car and want to fit the whole Motor Valley into one day.

Getting there

The plant is in Borgo Panigale, a district of Bologna. A public car park is about 200 m from the gatehouse, entered from Via Cavalieri Ducati; the company's own car parks are staff only. Lockers are limited and there's no left-luggage for suitcases or big backpacks, so don't come straight from the airport with your bags.
