Tickets and booking
Tickets are sold at the gate and on ticket.sigurta.it. Booking isn't required: turn up and go in. The exception is the park's spring Special Dates, a few busy days between March and May, when numbers are capped and you need an online ticket for that day.
Prices for the season: adults €18, ages 5–14 €10, over-65s €14. Under-5s and visitors with Italian disability certification (Law 104, art. 3(3)) or a European Disability Card enter free, but only with a ticket issued at the desk. On Tuesdays and Thursdays the park releases cheaper online tickets on its "fixed dates" calendar, while they last. The Verona Card gives a discount here too.
Tiqets and Headout sell open-date tickets so you can walk past the desk. Headout also has a version with one hour of golf cart included, which matters because carts on site cannot be reserved.
Getting around the garden
The park is big, and how you move round it shapes the day.
- On foot: you get a paper map with suggested routes at the desk. Slowest, and the best way to see it.
- Golf cart: €20 an hour per vehicle, up to 4 people, GPS commentary in Italian, English, German and French. No reservations; the driver needs to be an adult with a category B licence (or an international one if required).
- E-bike: €6.50 an hour; riders must be at least 14 and the hire is in an adult's name. The inner circuit is about 10 km with gentle ups and downs. You can bring your own bike at no extra cost.
- Panoramic train: €5 per person, about 35 minutes without stops, commentary in Italian, English and German. Free for children under 1 m tall.
When to go
Open every day from 7 March to 15 November. In late autumn the days are short: last entry is 4.30pm and the gates close at 5.30pm, so arrive by early afternoon if you want the full loop without rushing. After 15 November the park shuts until March.
